Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using HomelabARR software or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Services. These terms apply to both the free Community Edition (CE) and paid Professional Edition (PE).

2. Services

HomelabARR is self-hosted NAS and Docker management software. We provide:

Community Edition (CE) — Free, open-source (MIT License), self-hosted
Professional Edition (PE) — Paid license, self-hosted
Documentation — Available at wiki.homelabarr.com
Community support — Via Discord and GitHub Discussions

3. Community Edition (MIT License)

HomelabARR CE is licensed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the MIT License terms included in the source code.

4. Professional Edition License

PE licenses are perpetual (one-time purchase, no subscription). Each license key is valid for one installation. Licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable after activation. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute PE license keys or circumvent license verification
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for your own data, backups, and system configuration. HomelabARR manages Docker containers and storage on your hardware — any data loss resulting from misconfiguration or software bugs is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imogen Labs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on our Discord and GitHub.
